Refunds and Replacement Policy

All items are made to order, therefore are final sale. Returns and exchanges are not generally accepted.

If you for some reason are unhappy with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued for buyer measurement errors. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please be sure to inspect your items thoroughly upon delivery.

If you happen to receive any of your items damaged or missing parts: **DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR PACKAGING**. You will be required to send us several photos of the damaged items AND the shipping box it arrived in, including all packing materials (i.e. bubble wrap, foam board, air-pac’s). These images are mandatory in order to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

In certain circumstances, the shipping carrier may require an in-store physical inspection of your damaged item(s), box and packing materials. If an in-store inspection is requested by the carrier, a return label will be provided to you. honeymintshelfco will complete the in-store inspection and remaining claims process. Inspections generally need to be completed within 20 days, so time is of the essence when shipping your damaged item(s) back to us.

By disposing of the packaging materials stated above, you may waive your right to a insurance claim replacement. There will be no refund on the damaged items; we will replace them for you at no additional cost.
