CANCELLATION POLICY: All orders must be cancelled within 24 hours in order to receive a refund. Please understand that most credit card processing fees are non-refundable. A 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund where applicable. No cancellations or refunds will be issued after the 24 hour cancellation period ends.
REFUNDS: If you for some reason are unhappy with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued for buyer measurement errors. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please be sure to inspect your items thoroughly upon delivery. If you happen to receive any items that are damaged or missing parts: **DO NOT THROW AWAY ANY OF YOUR PACKAGING.**
You will be required to send us several photos of the damaged items AND photos of the shipping box it arrived in. In order to submit a claim via the carrier- damaged items, boxes, packing materials must all be saved. By disposing of the packaging materials stated above, you may waive your right to any/all replacements covered under the insurance claim. In certain circumstances, the carrier may require an in-store physical inspection of your box and packing materials. In this circumstance, a return label will be provided to the buyer so that we can take care of the burden of an in-store inspection. There will be no refund on the damaged items; we will replace them for you at no additional cost. Once the returned damaged item is received back at my shop, a replacement will be executed. Replacements will be sent once any damaged/missing item claims are completed and approved. Replacements may take up to 30 days to be executed and depend on active buyer/seller communication.
SAFETY DISCLOSURE: It is the buyers responsibility to ensure proper installation. By purchasing this listing, you agree to waive all liability of honeyminshelfco for any accidents, injuries, or damages caused by falling items due to improper installation procedures. We encourage all buyers to upgrade to optional additional support brackets when storing heavy items on shelves that exceed 32” in width.
SALES TAX: Sales tax is applied only to those shipping addresses that are located within New Jersey.
