Shipping Policies

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all of our items. We utilize USPS Priority Mail, USPS Ground, FedEx Home Delivery Services, and UPS Ground. The carrier varies based on the shipping address location. West Coast shipments are primarily sent UPS Ground or FedEx Home Delivery Services. All orders will be shipped fully insured and will include tracking where applicable. Please allow 7-business days for all orders to be processed for shipment. Keep in mind: shipping carrier delays do occur and placing an order on a weekend or holiday may push back your items arrival.

All complimentary stain samples will be sent via USPS First Class Mail Service and require postage payment via Venmo, Paypal F+F, or Zelle. For more information about stain samples, please send us a message using the contact form. Please include requested stain sample colors (up to four) as well as your full shipping address. Postage estimates will be sent prior to sample shipping.

Shipping to Alaska/Hawaii/other US Territories

Free shipping is advertised based on shipments made to the continental US. If your shipping address is located in Hawaii, Alaska, an APO, or a different US territory, shipping costs may be greater. Shipping charges are at the discretion of the seller. If an order is placed from one of the aforementioned locations, you may be sent an additional request for shipping funds OR your order may be cancelled and refunded in full.

Changing Shipping Address

All orders will be sent to the shipping address entered at checkout. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is corresponding with their order. To verify your shipping address, please locate your purchase invoice. If an order is sent to an incorrect address that was provided by the buyer- the buyer is responsible for any fee’s accumulated for: package re-route, reshipment postage, etc. honeymintshelfco is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages in the event that your items are sent to an incorrect address.
